E-commerce company with separate systems that did not talk to each other. We rebuilt tracking from scratch, set up Shopping campaigns via Merchant Center, and laid the foundation for a complete data-driven advertising strategy.

Challenge

TS Reklam had Google Ads without Shopping campaigns, an old GTM container with incorrect tags, and no connection between advertising and actual sales. The systems lived their own separate lives.

Solution

We built a new GTM container from scratch with correct e-commerce tracking, connected Google Ads with Merchant Center for Shopping campaigns, and ran a complete QA with their developer. Next step: HubSpot integration with enhanced conversions and offline conversion tracking.
