Challenge
Existing tracking showing completely wrong numbers. Conversions were over-reported, leading to wrong decisions about budgets and campaigns. No reliable connection between ad spend and actual booking requests.
Solution
We rebuilt tracking from scratch: new GA4 implementation, GTM with correct conversion goals, Google Ads conversion import, and consent mode. Then a new Google Ads strategy with optimized campaigns. Result: reliable data for the first time - every booking request can now be traced to the right channel and campaign.
