Challenge
Naprapatgruppen had an outdated website with no tracking, no conversion data, and Google Ads with no connection to actual bookings. They had no idea which channels were generating patients.
Solution
We implemented GA4 and GTM with booking click and phone call tracking, structured Google Ads into 5 campaigns (high-intent, top-funnel, brand, competitor, general) and deliver monthly reports with clear ROI tracking. Result: 779 booking clicks in one month, cost per booking click down to 110 SEK, and organic traffic growing steadily with 78,000 impressions per month.
